Food Program (28th August 2014)
 

On 28th August 2014, a Food Program was conducted and among participants attending are Retailers, Supervisors, staff and Managers. This program highlights on the understanding of HACCP, Hazards and also Prerequisite Program which includes Design and Facilities, Control of Operations, Maintenance and Sanitation and Personal Hygiene, together with well explanation of case study to participants.

The training went well with full of Q & A from the participants during the training. At the end of the training, participants are expected to have a proper food safety attitude and a better understanding in handling food.
