At a young age of 15, left his parents, home comforts and Austria in believing the following motto:

“ People who  believe in their own capabilities, produce their own future, rather than simply foretell it”

From the age 15 onwards, he started his career in numerous International Chain of Hotels and being groomed to take up challenging opportunities.

During this period he kept reminding himself “ Find Yourself and Be Yourself; Remember , There Is No One Else on Earth Like You”

At he was approaching late 30 thirties, he was appointed Senior Management Position and Clients/ Friends/ Competitors saw him as the “the Guru in Modern Management and a Great Motivator.

Those who knew him realized and appreciates his advice:

“We can either be overwhelmed by events and happiness to become change victims or we can unleash the power of change within us to become change winners”.
